Please check your username and password and try again.

Remember: Your username and password are both case sensitive, so you must enter any capital letters contained in them when you login.

Forgotten your username and/or password?

Students: ask your teacher in school - they will be able to regenerate a new code for you to reset your password.

Teachers: ask a collegue who is registered on the Virtual-Workspace, all such staff have admin rights to regenerate new log in codes for other users in their school.

Before you're given your new code, you'll be asked a few security questions to confirm your identity. You can then log back in using the 'New User' link; you will still have access to your existing account, but you will have the chance to confirm your user id and reset your password.

Haven't got a username and password?

If you haven't got login details then you'll need to register with us using your unique code. This is found in your welcome letter on the Virtual-Workspace website, click on the User link on the welcome page and enter your code.

If your school/college is a registered user of the Virtual-Workspace then you should have received your welcome letter.

Haven't received a welcome letter?

Students - ask your teachers!
Teachers - ask the Head of your school/college or your LA.

They can tell you if your school is registered to use the Virtual-Workspace.
