Collaboration Online Between a Teacher and a V-W Learning Mentor
Added: 22 June 2006
Thanks you've made my day. I've been thinking of various topics that I would add. This is heaven sent. The Maths Club [online community] is small, five members... We have been going since September but they are regulars. When I saw the V-W facility it looked too good to miss but your offer makes it even better. I'll give you a full rundown at the weekend but take it that we are really interested in what you can do for us.
Keith's reply to the V-W maths learning mentor, who offered to support him and his students in his Maths Club community
SUMMARY: This case study looks at the collaboration that took place between a Virtual-Workspace (V-W) learning mentor and a teacher who is actively using the V-W with his Year 10 and 11 maths students. Effectively, it demonstrates the valuable support that the V-W Mentors can provide to teachers when developing their use of the V-W with their students.
